  1. What is your cancelation policy?  You cancel your trip for free up to 24 Hours prior your scheduled arrival time.  If you made a same-day reservation than you only have 1 hour to cancel for free.  
  2. Can I use my personal Insurance?  Yes, you can use your personal insurance, just make your insurance company covers car sharing services.
  3. When do I get my security deposit?  These are refunded back to the customer within 5-10 business days after we receive the car. 
  4. What is the trip fee?  This is a fee we charge everybody in order to support our website. 
  5. How long does it take for my driver to contact me?  Once you make a reservation, your host will contact you 24-48 hours prior to you reservation.  Be sure to download whatsapp, as you will be added to group where you will have a customer service representative, your host and manager all in the same group for your convenience.  
  6. What happens if I get into an accident? Call 911 and the contact your host.  They will provide further guidance.
